Kyle Realty Company, Inc. was founded in 1986 by a group of real estate veterans who were affiliated with a large company, but following ownership reorganization started Kyle Realty Company, Inc. We felt that there was an opportunity in the real estate community for a smaller, highly responsive and professional company to represent real estate owners and tenants who care to have persons representing their interests with the same level of care as themselves. We have all of the talents and services of larger companies, but feel that our smaller staff of skilled, highly professional personnel exceeds the credentials of the people that typically are assigned to projects by other real estate companies.
To date, Kyle Realty Company, Inc. has consummated more than 40 million dollars in commercial leases with national and regional credit companies. The firm has also negotiated more than 25 million dollars in sales transactions of investment properties including the sale of shopping centers and other commercial properties.
