Joseph H. Kyle, Jr. is the principal owner and president of Kyle Realty Company, Inc. Mr. Kyle has been in the real estate management and leasing business since 1972 when he joined Kent Taylor Realty Company as a leasing agent and then in 1974 J. H. Ewing & Sons (now Trammel-Crow). Mr. Kyle has been involved in a wide variety of retail centers and their commercial projects where he has been involved in major tenant leasing, work outs of distressed real estate projects, local tenant leasing and coordination, financing and construction negotiations and supervision, and property management.Mr. Kyle is a graduate of Syracuse University where he received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration. He minored in journalism.
Mr. Kyle is a licensed broker in the state of Georgia and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping centers (ICSC) for over twenty years. In 1992, he served as Conference Director for ICSC's southeastern Conference, held annually in Atlanta and attended by regional Shopping Center professionals. He is also a member of the Greater Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
Mr. Kyle is active in his community, including service on the Board of Directors of the Sandy Springs Business Association; Baseball Committee Board of Directors and Coach for baseball and football for Northside Youth Organization; and Cub Master for Cub Scout Pack 186 in Sandy Springs.
